Through logining into the journal's sumbission system, you can see the status of your submission. 

Normally, the entire process takes about three months. It includes the time required for peer review process and preparation and publication. However, if the paper is rejected by the editor or by peer reviewers, the result will be informed much earlier (1 to 2 months).
